What Is The Journalling Course?
Art therapy combines creative expression with therapeutic techniques in a cozy, home-based setting designed to support Deaf individuals. Participants engage in hands-on activities, such as drawing, painting, and sculpting, to explore and process their emotions.
Led by facilitators experienced in working with the Deaf community, these courses create an inclusive, safe space for participants to express themselves through art without relying on spoken language.
