At Bright Sign, Rosie provides professional Auslan interpreting support across a wide range of important settings.

With experience in medical appointments, hospital settings, community services, group workshops, practical training environments, and goal focused planning support, Rosie is passionate about supporting Deaf individuals to communicate clearly, confidently, and independently.

Rosie is also passionate about advocacy and providing practical one on one support for Deaf individuals who may feel overwhelmed navigating complex systems without strong family or support networks. This can include assisting with appointments, communication with services, paperwork, care coordination, and helping clients connect with the right supports during difficult or challenging periods in their lives.

Rosie values working collaboratively alongside support coordinators, social workers, counsellors, medical professionals, and other providers to ensure clients receive the best possible outcomes. Her role is not to replace or take over existing supports, but to work alongside professionals to help bridge communication gaps, reduce overwhelm, and support clients in accessing services more confidently and effectively.

For a small number of clients, Rosie also works closely alongside providers, medical practices, hospitals, and services as a trusted communication contact to help ensure smoother communication, accessibility, and continuity of care.

Rosie also works alongside Raylene to deliver inclusive and accessible creative workshops, including resin art, candle making, mandala workshops, and other hands on experiences designed to bring people together in a supportive and welcoming environment.
