These cards have been designed for you to hand to someone in case you need assistance, understanding, or accommodations due to your condition in non-emergency situations.
You should ensure you have received a formal diagnosis for your condition/s from a qualified medical professional.
Some cards have blank space for you to fill in details, this is best done with a fine tip permanent marker. Permanent marker can be removed with alcohol wipes if required.
Due to the nature of my specialised card printer, there may be a small colour flaw on the cards. Cards outside of my acceptable flaw range are sold as flawed cards:
FLAWED CARDS - These discounted cards have minor flaws from printing, wearing on the protective laminate coating from friction in storage (only visible in certain light), minor damage, or grammar/format/text errors. Flaws vary and are not necessarily pictured but do not affect the readability of the card.

Includes simple but necessary requests like water, food, directions, or asking for an Auslan interpreter.
The reverse side of each card states, “I am Deaf my name is……………………….Please assist me.” This helps others understand your situation, making communication smoother.
